These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of No Smoke Today. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
App Purpose
No Smoke Today is a self-tracking and motivation app. It is not medical advice and does not replace professional healthcare.
Subscriptions
- Premium features are offered as auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and yearly plans).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
- Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
- Restore purchases is available in-app for users who previously subscribed.
Billing and Refunds
Billing is handled by Apple. For refunds, use Apple’s refund process through your App Store purchase history.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service functionality.
Availability
Features may change over time. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the app at any time.
Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access in cases of misuse.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
