Nom Nom Privacy Policy
Nom Nom ("we", "our", "us") helps users plan weekly meals, manage recipes, and build grocery lists. This policy explains what data is processed in the app.
Data We Process
- Account data (email, authentication provider, profile fields such as name and date of birth).
- User content (recipes, meal plans, grocery lists, favorites, and profile/recipe images).
- App usage and events through Firebase Analytics (for product usage insights).
- Crash diagnostics through Firebase Crashlytics (for stability and bug fixing).
How We Use Data
- To provide app functionality and sync your content across signed-in devices.
- To improve reliability, performance, and user experience.
- To investigate and fix technical issues.
Third-Party Services
We use Google Firebase services, including Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Analytics, and Crashlytics. Firebase Privacy and Security.
For subscription management and entitlement handling, we use RevenueCat. RevenueCat may process subscription-related metadata (for example, purchase status and entitlement state) to provide premium feature access across devices. RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and Billing
In-app purchases and subscription billing are handled by Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Subscription status is used only to unlock and manage premium features in the app.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is processed by infrastructure providers only to operate core app features.
Data Retention
Your account and content are retained while your account is active, unless deletion is requested. Crash and analytics retention is managed through Firebase settings.
Your Choices
- You can edit profile information in the app.
- You can clear current week planning data in app settings.
- You can delete your account from the app to remove associated account data.
Children's Privacy
Nom Nom is not directed to children under 13.
